Undeterred, Summit’s engineering team continued to work with the support team until they successfully identified the cause and took immediate steps to address it. Within the span of an hour, the firm’s QuickBooks system was up and running smoothly again.

No lost data,” Azada said. “When we were with a different provider, we had to take in all the support issues directly to the provider. We did a lot ourselves and with our clients.
