No Longer Offering Phone Support As Of June 10, 2020

With an outstanding ticketing support system, 95% customer satisfaction ticket rating and extremely low call rates, we will no longer offer phone support as of June 10th, 2020.

We’ve found that support via is preferred by 95% of our customers because:

  • There are no hold times
  • Our ticket support team is available 24/7
  • Tickets are typically answered within 20 minutes or less

We’ve Upgraded Our Service Platform

We’re dedicated to keeping you in the know throughout the acquisition process. While your day-to-day iNSYNQ service continues to remain the same as it is today, all iNSYNQ customers have been moved to a new service platform. As of March 1, 2020, Fusebill is where you can access your bill and update your credit card and company and contact information. However, any other changes that you need to make to your account like adding users and adding accounts, will be done through our new ticketing system here.
