Summit Hosting is amazing. They are very responsive. I had to submit a ticket on a Saturday and I thought I would have to wait until Monday to have the issue resolved. Nope! 20 minutes later the issue was resolved. The poor person helping me was amazing, stayed calm and fixed whatever it was I broke. I am not the most technologically sound person but I can usually find my way around pretty well but not that day. I got myself locked out of my own remote desktop. Good Job Summit!

The Technical Support is beyond compare. When I submit a ticket by email I often times will receive either a call or email solution that works perfectly before they can even have their automated system send me a notice that they receive the request. Their technicians are on top of things in a unique way.

We're a small shop and only have 2-users so the much more expensive enterprise options just weren't feasible. I use this company to host my QuickBooks desktop software. This enables me to log in from anywhere and not be tied to my office. This was very helpful when I had to recently attend to personal matters out of state but was able to smoothly manage my company from a remote location. There a ton of web hosting services out there, but few with the customer service of Summit!We recently migrated our hosted Quickbooks to them and their team was fantastic. Any questions or issues we had were quickly addressed and they really know their stuff. My staff was back up and running in no time. The servers are fast and performance is great. The pricing is comparable to mostly everything else out there so based on service alone we would gladly pick Summit any day of the week. We are very happy with our decision.
