Gregory: REPAY was founded in 2006 and is headquartered in the payment hub of Atlanta, GA. In July 2019, we became a publicly-traded company with a current market cap of $2 billion. We have had several acquisitions over the past few years, expanding our integrated payments focus to bring on AP & AR integrated solutions.
