MyOwnAsp and NovelAspect combine 10+ years of specialized experience to form Summit Hosting, quickly becoming one of the strongest, most trusted application hosting providers in the industry.
We expand our knowledge base and the geographic region of our support staff by acquiring HarborCloud, a premier QuickBooks hosting provider.
With the acquisition of iNSYNQ, we expand our team of Sr. Network Engineers and take our cloud computing products and IaaS to a higher level.
When we acquire I-Business Network, we add a new practice area focusing on SAP Business One, further solidifying Summit Hosting as a leader in small and medium-sized business (SMB) hosting providers.
We execute a majority recapitalization in partnership with Silver Oak Services Partners, a leading lower middle market private equity firm focused exclusively on service businesses.

The idea to begin Summit Hosting popped up when Stan Kania (CEO) and Warren Patterson (COO) realized they shared a similar vision: they wanted to create a great cloud hosting company that offered tailored solutions to help businesses save money and increase growth while removing IT headaches.
In 2017, Stan and Warren combined their 10+ years of Sage product and QuickBooks online hosting expertise by merging their companies MyOwnAsp (est. 2005) and NovelAspect (est. 2009 under CloudAspects before merging with NovelAspect in 2011). This merger between MyOwnAsp and NovelAspect resulted in Summit Hosting becoming one of the largest providers of QuickBooks and Sage cloud hosting in the United States and Canada.
At the beginning of 2018, Summit Hosting further grew our company and expert knowledge by acquiring HarborCloud. Additionally, in 2019, we took our cloud computing products and DaaS to a higher level after the acquisition of iNSYNQ’s business assets.
